Praia da Feiticeira is considered one of the most beautiful and well-known beaches on the island. Full of natural beauty and a very inviting sea, it is perfect for those looking for rest and quiet. Ideal for visiting with family or friends, it has little (or almost none, out of season) infrastructure of kiosks and stalls. Creating a natural and beautiful atmosphere.

The beach got its name because, according to legend, a former owner of the farm (known as Mansão da Feiticeira) made her fortune with pirates and slave ship captains who, after 1850, when the African slave trade was banned, used the island as a favorite point of entry for illegal slaves into Brazil.

Our Ilhabela Guesthouse is just 100 meters from this paradise, next to Mansão da Feiticeira, a 300-year-old colonial house.
